1. Request deletion

Use Account → Profile → Close account, or email support@lumeramanager.com. Specify the account, workspace or social connection you want removed. A special subject line is not required. Do not send passwords or tokens. We will verify your authority proportionately.

2. What is removed

Account closure removes your profile, workspaces you own, app-held content and stored social authorizations, and invalidates your sessions. For a shared workspace we must respect other members’ rights. Pending or uncertain publishing may need assisted handling before closure; this does not waive deletion rights or deadlines. Deleting a connection removes provider data while preserving your own Lumera content.

3. YouTube disconnect and revocation

Disconnect YouTube in the workspace’s Social accounts section. Local YouTube account metadata, performance observations, publishing identifiers and upload state are removed. Authorization is revoked when its last connected destination is removed. You can also revoke Lumera at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions or request deletion by email. YouTube API-data deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Changes made in Google’s permissions are detected by periodic checks, with deletion no later than 30 days after the last verified authorization.

4. Published copies and backups

Videos and posts already published on social platforms must be removed there. A provider may finish a request already accepted before cancellation. Revoking a Lumera media delivery URL cannot erase a downloaded copy. Restricted media backups expire after seven days, normally with up to one additional day for lifecycle deletion. Recovery history follows the hosting provider’s configured window; deleted data is excluded from ordinary use and deletions must be reapplied during recovery.

5. Timing and confirmation

We follow applicable privacy-law and platform deadlines. We will confirm the scope completed and explain any lawful retention or extension. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, billing disputes or security; they are restricted to those purposes. Contact us if you need assistance or want to challenge a decision.
