1. About Lumera

Lumera is operated by RW Soccer and Tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Business address: 10433 SW 26th St, Davie, FL 33324, USA. Contact: support@lumeramanager.com. Lumera’s fictitious-name registration is planned before public launch and has not yet been completed. These terms cover the website, app and any available Lumera API. Invited testing is free; it does not enroll you in a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Lumera’s initial public launch is for US residents aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and have authority to act for any business or person whose content you manage. Access to one workspace does not grant access to another. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow Lumera to store, process, display and transmit it to provide the requested service, protect the service and meet legal obligations. This includes sending selected content to an AI provider for assistance you request and approved media to the social accounts you choose. We need separate permission to use your content in advertising. You are responsible for the rights, consents and releases needed for images, videos, music, voices, likenesses and personal information.

4. AI assistance

AI suggestions may be inaccurate, resemble existing content or contain inappropriate claims. Review facts, rights, disclosures and platform suitability before using them. Lumera does not guarantee originality, engagement or revenue. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request.

5. Social accounts and publishing

Connecting a social account authorizes the permissions shown by its provider. Before posting or scheduling, review the destination, title or caption, media, audience, disclosures and timing. Approval authorizes delivery as selected. A queued request is not confirmation of publication. Provider processing, expired permissions and service limits may delay or prevent delivery. Check the destination before retrying an uncertain request. Cancellation may be impossible after a provider accepts it; published posts may need to be removed on that platform.

6. Platform terms

Connected platforms operate independently. Their names and marks do not imply endorsement of Lumera. Availability depends on account eligibility and provider permissions or approval. YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google’s Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You must comply with the terms, developer restrictions and content rules of each connected platform, including required advertising, sponsorship, audience and synthetic-media disclosures. Do not use Lumera or its API for automated engagement manipulation, unauthorized scraping, spam, credential sharing, circumventing rate limits or evading suspensions. Providers may independently restrict or suspend accounts; Lumera cannot guarantee prevention or reversal. Restrictions do not permit evasion through other accounts or API keys.

7. API access

API access is planned for public launch and is available only when enabled in your account. API projects and keys receive explicit permissions for selected workspaces; every request must identify an authorized workspace. Workspace access does not itself grant spending authority. Protect and revoke your keys as needed. Do not share or export social credentials, resell raw provider access or evade a provider’s restrictions. YouTube functionality and data are excluded from the external API unless YouTube expressly authorizes that model. Available API operations and limits will be documented when released.

8. Subscriptions and usage

When paid service becomes available, one billing account covers your subscription and authorized app/API usage. Applicable included allowances are shared. Prices, billing periods, units and taxes will be disclosed before purchase; prices are not yet set. Subscription renewal requires a purchase that clearly states renewal terms. API usage beyond an allowance requires the billing owner’s separate opt-in to disclosed rates and spending limits. API overage consent does not authorize extra app charges. Disabling overages stops new overage use but does not erase valid charges already incurred. No charge is authorized by creating an API key or using invited testing. Lumera does not charge for YouTube functionality offered free by YouTube.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription before its next renewal through Account → Billing, or contact support@lumeramanager.com if that is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless you request closure. For your first paid subscription, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that subscription payment, including applicable tax. Later renewals and separately authorized API usage are normally nonrefundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, service failures requiring a remedy, or rights required by law. Contact us promptly about a billing problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days; bank processing may take longer. These paid-service rules apply only after billing is launched.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use Lumera for unlawful or infringing content, threats, harassment, exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, deceptive advertising, impersonation, spam, fabricated engagement or evasion of platform enforcement. Do not access others’ data, extract secrets, introduce malware or intentionally overload the service. Obtain necessary media and music rights; a license on one platform may not cover another. Do not use Lumera for emergency communications or situations where failure could cause serious harm.

11. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify the Lumera operator against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you supply without the necessary rights, your unlawful use of the service, or your material breach of these terms or applicable platform rules. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, willful misconduct or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any covered claim requires prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and appropriate control of the defense; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent. This draft provision requires final legal review and adoption before customer launch.

12. Reports, suspension and closure

Report abuse or infringement to support@lumeramanager.com with enough detail to locate the material and explain your concern; do not send passwords or tokens. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response. You may stop using Lumera or request account deletion. Closing an account does not remove copies already published elsewhere. See the Privacy Notice and Data Deletion page for deletion details.

13. Availability and responsibility

Testing may include errors, unfinished features and interruptions. Keep independent copies of important content. To the extent permitted by law, Lumera does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free AI output or specific marketing results. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes and disputes

Material changes to these terms will be dated and communicated before they apply where required. Contact support@lumeramanager.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Florida law governs to the extent permitted by law, without displacing mandatory rights or court and regulator remedies that apply to you. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed.
